Kenners.nl is an online department store with various web shops that each focus on a specific niche, led by at least one Kenner who is supported by our customer service employees. We strive to offer high-quality products, clear communication, excellent accessibility and reliable delivery of your order. And all that for a favorable price and the best service. Our motto: knowledge makes the difference! We know our products, are happy to give you honest advice and also help you after the sale with any questions and problems.

We take great care of your customer experience, armed with knowledge and experience we strive for you to be nothing less than completely satisfied. We are happy to speak to you by phone, e-mail or chat and give free, non-binding and personal advice if you ask for it, based on our own experiences with the products. And if we don't know? Then we will find out!

Excellent service starts with good accessibility and that is why we are ready as much as possible to answer all your questions by phone, e-mail and live chat. Usually you have an answer very quickly. And once the purchase has been concluded, we do not take our hands off it. We always try to communicate proactively and do not wait for you to ring the bell. Sometimes something goes wrong (we are only human) but then we solve this quickly and adequately with a healthy dose of sense of responsibility.

Product reviews

We invite all our customers to post a review about the purchased product. Anyone can post a review, but with the help of the shopping cart logo in front of the name you can easily recognize if someone has actually bought this product in our webshop.

We post positive and negative reviews. However, the submitted reviews are assessed on content before they are published on the website. The assessment is then based on language use and relevance, so we do not post complaints about carriers and other non-product related matters with the products. This assessment takes place within a week after submitting the review. Paid reviews are not allowed, but we do hold a lottery in which we randomly raffle a voucher worth €50 after every 50 reviews. Every posted review counts for this and the winner is announced publicly via our social media.

Professional services and solutions

For professionals who have known for a long time what they want, we also offer professional custom service. You can pay on account (in consultation) and use advantageous custom offers for the delivery of high-quality devices and products for professional applications.

Settle intra-Community (ICP) deliveries without VAT

Foreign customers with a valid European VAT number do not have to pay VAT for intra-Community supplies of products within the (Article 138, Directive 2006/112/EC). This process is automated: when you pay as a "business customer" with your VAT number and company name, you can, after checking in the VIES database, pay directly without VAT.

Reliability and quality

We work exclusively with suppliers who offer the highest degree of flexibility, care and reliability. Nowadays it is virtually impossible to keep every product in stock ourselves, so we partly rely on our partners. Up-to-date stock information, fast response times in case of problems and very short delivery times. We link this to the information on our website, so "in stock" really does mean in stock. Unfortunately, 100% error-free is impossible, but in that case we will work with our partners to find a fast and adequate solution. Promise!
